Whether we're working on a new brand identity, an e-commerce website or a web application, our process is the roadmap that ensures we arrive at the best possible solution for you. We believe that the process is just as important as the final outcome, and it ensures that the art and design serves the purpose and function.


1. Discovery

We begin by getting to know everything we can about you, your brand and your product or service. We discuss what you would like to accomplish, ensure that we understand your audience and your goals. It is with a clear understanding that we can start thinking about your strategy.

2. Strategy

Based on your goals and using our understanding of your brand, we analyze your competition, your audience and what makes your business unique, in order to create a strategic direction for the project. The strategy is central to keeping the design and conceptual work in the project in line with the goals.

3. Design

We love this part of any project. We definitely enjoy the work, but the best part is having the opportunity to evolve the strategy into something tangible. After much iteration and revision, and with the strategy in hand, we present the design and how it connects to the strategy in order to move ahead.

4. Build

Especially applicable to digital projects, the build phase is less interactive but no less important. In everything that we produce, digital or otherwise, we work to create the best functional solution, that will work just as well now, as in the future with greater scale.

5. Launch

This is the most exciting stage for everyone involved. All of the learning, analysis, design and building becomes a reality as the project is released. This isn't the end however, because it's only the first step toward achieving the goal set out at the start of the project.

6. Measure & Grow

After the project is launched, a different kind of work begins. We believe its necessary to continuously measure the effectiveness of the strategy and modify it over time to make it better. Though this is the easiest with digital projects, it is equally important with offline projects as much as possible.

During the brand audit, we learn as much as we can about what you do, your competition, your goals, and the bottlenecks that keep you from reaching them, in order to move forward with the right strategy.

Brand Strategy

We help to define (or clarify) your mission, vision and values, in order to articulate why your brand exists and how you are different than your competition. This helps us to define your position, informs how you communicate with your audience, and serves as a guide throughout the creative process.

Brand Identity

A brand’s identity is visually the culmination of the brand audit, and brand strategy. Though it includes your logo, it also contains the rest of the design system that you will use for any communication. Using our research and strategy, we create a unique visual identifier for your brand that is memorable, connects with your audience, stands out from your competition and but fits your industry.

Responsive Web Design

A responsive website is a website that adapts to the device that accesses it and delivers the content in the most optimal way. Because of the variety devices browsing the web today, responsive sites must work at thousands of different screen sizes. Every website we build uses a Content Management System (CMS) like Wordpress to update content, this way you are free to manage things like blog posts and page text updates internally if it suits you.

E-Commerce Website

We have a lot of fun with e-commerce websites, because we have a lot of experience both building and monetizing e-commerce properties. Building responsive web design, an e-commerce project requires a lot of discovery to find the best solution. We work you to choose the best store platform and then focus on creating a design that will engage and convert visitors to paying customers.

Digital Marketing

Best paired with an e-commerce website, but also very valuable for service-based or offline businesses, digital marketing is a power tool for driving business growth. Like other media buying options, researching how and when to show up in various digital marketing venues is extremely important. After launching a digital marketing campaign of any kind, we spend a lot of time analyzing the KPIs related to the campaign to make sure that money into the advertising budget is creating revenue for the business.

Application Development

Whether you need some custom functionality to extend your e-commerce website, to offer a service to your clients, or to optimize productivity within your team, we can work with you to develop the perfect solution that will work as well in years down the road as it does today. Print Collateral

For most brands, a lot of their communications with their customers still happen on paper. We love getting opportunities to help rethink those sorts of touch-points, but for when paper is the necessary medium, we don't back down. We'll help you navigate all the technical print stuff like Pantone, paper weight and laminate, while helping to create visually engaging and effective collateral.

Professional Graphic Design

All graphic design should be great design, and is equally important to the success of your interaction with your audience. We do beautiful and valuable graphic design for websites, application interfaces, branding and print materials.
